BUT I HAVE TO HAVE A ‘COMBI’ DON’T I?
No you don’t - all new boilers are now high efficiency Condensing boilers which will save on your running costs and there are two types you can choose from:
 WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THESE BOILERS?
A Combination Boiler or ‘Combi’ is both a high efficiency instantaneous water heater and a central heating boiler combined (hence the name ‘Combi’) within one compact unit. A Combi is ideal if you want to save space as they have no need for a hot water cylinder or tanks in the loft.
A system with a Regular Boiler features a wall hung boiler together with a hot water cylinder in the airing cupboard and tanks in your loft. This system gives you a supply of stored hot water and is preferable if you have a larger home with 2 or more bathrooms.
